Every intervention at executive level is bespoke and designed individually as a result of one or more in-depth conversations focused on analysing my client’s specific needs.
My Executive Strategy and Coaching services are useful at times of change or upheaval within an organisation or when there is a need to reset or rebrand the business for strategic or tactical reasons.
They also provide essential support when an individual is promoted to a senior position – or as part of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme.
I have over 1000 hours experience in this area, spanning a number of sectors, including Financial, Digital, Technology, Energy, Education and Government. I also spent six years as an in-house Executive Coach, Leadership Mentor and Professional & Career Coach at the BBC.
My coaching style is consultative, accessible and direct, I have a record of achieving rapid and measurable results and I adapt my approach according to the changing needs of each individual.
